About me

After more than 25 years in hospitality, weddings, and event production, Nathalie created Solea Consulting & Mentorship as a natural next chapter: a way to share the experience, insight, and relationships built over decades in the industry.

Her career began inside South Florida’s luxury hospitality world, where she learned the pace, standards, and expectations behind high-end service, private events, catering, venues, and client experience. She later moved into event production and wedding planning, working on some of Miami’s most exclusive events.

As the founder of Solea Events, Nathalie built a recognized wedding planning company known for luxury weddings, Indian weddings, and highly detailed guest experiences. Solea Events was named among Miami’s top destination wedding planners by BRIDES and featured in Style Me Pretty, with a portfolio that included large-scale and multi-million-dollar celebrations.

Over the years, planners, venues, vendors, and creatives naturally began turning to Nathalie for advice. What started as informal guidance became the foundation for Solea Consulting & Mentorship.

Today, Nathalie no longer pursues event planning as a planner. Instead, she supports event professionals, venues, vendors, and hospitality brands through mentorship, consulting, destination support, and strategic industry connections.
