Day of Coordination
Day of Coordination is the perfect solution for the couple who is not looking for planning services but understands the importance of handing off the reins to an experienced event professional so you can fully enjoy every moment of your wedding day. Coordination services include access to all of our worksheets and checklists, access to our vendor’s list, timeline creation, room layouts, hair and makeup schedule, transportation schedule, vendors setup/breakdown management, design or DIY tips and advice, etc… On the D day, we will manage set up, tear down, assistance to the Bride and Groom, greeting of guests, and all of the elements necessary for a flawless event. The Partial Planning package helps tying all the loose ends and make sure that you are on the right track. This is a great option if you already have done the leg work and found your venue and some key planning elements but need help with the remaining of the planning. It is also a good option if you started the planning on your own but feel overwhelmed and need us to help and take over.
