Nathalie Merle, founder of Solea, has over 15 years experience in Special Events and Catering Sales in South Florida.

From wedding planning to fashion shows and gala dinners, Nathalie has experience in directing and coordinating a large array of functions.

Nathalie’s experience in luxury event production has equipped her with the necessary skills to manage complex event design and supervision.
With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, Nathalie thrives to go above and beyond by delivering the highest standards of service and products. If coming from out of town or planning a destination wedding, Nathalie also works with clients in French or Spanish as she is perfectly Tri-lingual.

Nathalie graduated Hospitality Management at Florida International University. Additional experience includes: Director of Sales and Catering for Barton G, The Palms Hotel & Spa, Shore Club, Coral Gables Country Club.
